Dundalk trial for 25 minute intervals

HORSE Racing Ireland has announced a trial of 25 minute intervals between races at Dundalk.

The trial will begin on Friday evening, October 14, and continue for seven meetings through to the November 25 card.

The reduced 25 minute interval will apply to four races on each seven-race card. The following times have been agreed, 6.45, 7.10, 7.35, 8.00, 8.30, 9.00 and 9.25pm. There will be a 6.15 start in the event of a divide.
