She was left unconscious and unable to breathe after her mount, Leopold, rolled on her after falling heavily in a race on May 22.
The leading lady amateur rider has been transferred to the Neath Port Talbot Hospital so that she could be nearer her Welsh home.
“Isabel is getting stronger every day and whilst she remains confused, the team at the hospital have really helped her to regain her strength and co-ordination,” said her mother Bridget.
“On Thursday she was able to walk for a few steps with just a little guidance.”
