Ringo Star made a bold move at halfway and led to the last bend when Maddi made his charge for the front and took it from the gallant Ringo Star on the line.

In the Paddy Connolly Memorial race the early pace was set by Beretta Flynstone and Poker Face but Mr Security was always in touch and made his move on the final bend for a narrow success from Poker Face.
