Chacha shines in Oak Tree

CHACHAMAIDEE (9-2) put up a thoroughly impressive performance to claim the Group Three Oak Tree Stakes over seven furlongs.

Sir Henry Cecil's filly was looking for a gap a furlong out but when the split came between long-time leader Law Of The Range and Khor Sheed on the outside, Tom Queally did not waste any time in taking advantage.

Chachamaidee accelerated into the space and soon put daylight between her and the rest of the field, running out a two-and-three-quarter-length winner.
