Trainer John Jenkins will be seriously hoping his charge can translate his good all-weather form to the turf in a few weeks’ time after a profitable winter.

Having won his maiden at Southwell in November, he then followed up on his handicap bow at the same venue a month later.
Second off a 6lb higher perch after that, the only blot on his recent record came when he ran on Lingfield’s Polytrack last month.
That proved to be just a blip as off a mark of 73 back at Southwell he got back to winning ways for Greg Fairley, who will once again be on board. Now rated 77, there will be few horses that can live with him over five furlongs on this surface.

After finishing last of eight on his debut at Wolverhampton, he stepped up on that to be third at Southwell just over a week later.
He was a disappointing beaten favourite when last seen, but that was his third run in quick succession and he has now had three months off.
Hopefully he will have strengthened up during his break and while he is towards the head of the weights, he is only rated 64.
