Silver takes gold from Zeb

GOLDEN Silver got the better of Big Zeb at the fifth attempt in the Boylesports.com Tied Cottage Chase at Punchestown yesterday.

Golden Silver overcame sloppy jumping at the first four fences before warming to his task and mounting an ultimately fruitful challenge from the second last.

Together coming away from the final obstacle, Golden Silver soon edged ahead to score by a half-length, with Sizing Europe seven lengths away third.
