Walsh on schedule to return before Cheltenham

RUBY WALSH is right on schedule to return to action a couple of weeks before Cheltenham, following a visit to his doctor in Dublin yesterday.

Said Walsh: “I met with Dr David Moore today and he was very happy, the fractures in my leg are healing particularly well.”

Walsh has been on the sidelines since taking a crashing fall off the Tony Martin-trained Corrick Bridge in a handicap chase at Down Royal on November 6.
