Ash can burn off her rivals

TAKE a chance on Invincible Ash returning to her best in the Listed Mercury Stakes at Dundalk tonight.

Ash can burn off her rivals

She has been rested since finishing a disappointing sixth behind English challenger Astrophysical Jet at the Currragh in August, but had a busy time prior to that and may benefit very much from a break of 54 days.

Before the Curragh, the selection won three times in-a-row, which included landing a Listed event over this trip at Tipperary.

Michael Halford trains Invincible Ash and could also have the answer to the Irish Stallion Farms’ EBF Maiden for two-year-olds with The Munster Maori.

He hadn’t revealed much until Cork last Saturday, when a creditable second behind Gossamer Seed.

Pat Martin’s Indiana Gal is the one to beat in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Race.

She has been struggling a bit of late, but produced her best effort for a while at Dundalk a week ago when a close fourth behind Don Carlos.

White Daffodil, who finished with a flourish to win by a head at Cork last Saturday, can defy top weight in the www.dundalkstadium.com Apprentice Handicap.

She runs off a mark just 4lbs higher and should be nicely suited to stepping up two furlongs in trip.
