Morgiana Hurdle target for impressive Donnas Palm

NOEL MEADE enjoyed a one-two in the featured Grade 2 Friends Of Tipperary Hurdle at Tipperary yesterday when Donnas Palm beat Aitmatov.

The latter tried to make all of the running, but Donnas Palm edged ahead going to two out.

Aitmatov, however, rallied in fine style and briefly threatened danger early on the flat. Paul Carberry had saved a bit, though, and Donnas Palm was nicely on top to the tune of a length and a quarter at the line.
