Queen to rule for O’Brien

WITH a recent run, in Group 3 company, under her belt, Queen Of Troy will be strongly fancied to get Aidan O’Brien and Johnny Murtagh off the mark for the season by landing the Irish Stallion Farms Fillies Race at Dundalk tonight.

This Storm Cat filly, winner of a five-furlong maiden at Dundalk last year, was not disgraced when finishing seventh to Lady Springbank in the recent Leopardstown 1,000 Guineas Trial.

Queen Of Troy made the running that day and, having been headed, only weakened inside the final furlong to be beaten almost ten lengths.
