IN Compliance is likely to make his comeback after nearly two years off the track at Thurles next month.

The nine-year-old has been sidelined since finishing fourth to Mansony in the Dial-A-Bet Chase at Leopardstown in December 2007.

He was trained by Michael O’Brien then but owner Sean Mulryan sent him to join the Dessie Hughes stable two months ago.
