Impressive debut victory for Always Be True at Gowran

ALWAYS BE TRUE is set to step straight into listed company following a debut win in the Irish Stallion Farms Fillies Maiden at Gowran Park last night.

The David Wachman-trained daughter of Danehill Dancer, a €160,000 yearling purchase, overcame her inexperience to outpoint favourite Bea Bea Three by a length and was described by her trainer as “a very nice filly”.
