HURRICANE FLY, who had to miss the Grade 1 Deloitte Hurdle at Leopardstown on Sunday with a splint-bone problem, remains on track for Cheltenham, writes Pat Keane.

Speaking at Clonmel yesterday trainer, Willie Mullins, said: “He went to the vet today and has shown definite improvement.

“He is being ridden out every day and does 15 furlongs at a steady hack. He will go back to the vet next Monday and we will see what happens. It’s a case of day-by-day.
