The selection goes on just about every surface, but does seem happiest on decent ground, so the longer the rain stays away the better.

Truth to tell, Knight Legend will never qualify as one for the maximum. He has a distinct tendency to take an odd liberty with the obstacles and has always been a bit of an in-and-out performer.
