Silver can shine in maiden

SILVERHAND gets the nap to make a successful debut on the flat in the Rathronan Maiden at Clonmel this evening.

Noel Meade’s gelding has already shown himself to be a smart horse over flights and looks well capable of taking this, on the way back to the jumping game.

The grey made a spectacular start in a maiden hurdle at Punchestown in October when landing a 25-runner contest.
