Hardy annual back for more

DESSIE Hughes believes Hardy Eustace has returned from his summer break as well as ever and intends to send the veteran out for another campaign.

The dual Champion Hurdler is now an 11-year-old but ran some fine races last season, winning the Coral Ascot Hurdle as well as finishing second in three Grade One events.

There was talk of possible retirement after he finished down the field in the Ladbrokes World Hurdle at Cheltenham on his last outing, but Hughes thinks he is not yet ready to call it a day just yet.
