Moonveen Smokey, the property of Brendan Mackey of Mooncoin took the Derby Trial Stake when he proved just too good for Shining Town.
In the Oaks Trial Stake the honours went to Allowdale Merto, jointly owned by Daniel and Olivia McCarthy-Roche from Banteer.
In the decider the fawn got the better of Call Biddy.
