Cheltenham preview night

ON this coming Thursday, March 1, a Cheltenham preview-night will be held at the Woodlands Hotel, Dunore Road, Waterford.

Proceedings get away at 8pm and, sponsored by Ladbrokes, it is in aid of the Dunmore East trawler tragedy.

A high-powered panel has been assembled, headed by former brilliant National Hunt rider, and now channel 4 pundit, John Francome.

The other panelists are Mike Cattermole, Davy Russell, Eoin Griffin, Noel O’Brien (handicapper), Noel Cummins (bookmaker), Mike Dillon (Ladbrokes) and Pat Keane (Irish Examiner). RTE’s Brian Gleeson will be in the chair.
