KEVIN RYAN can notch another big-race success with Amadeus Wolf in the Darley July Cup at Newmarket today.

The three-year-old won the Middle Park Stakes and the Gimcrack last season and a prerequisite for winners of those races is blistering speed, something he will need today.

Ryan had dreams of 2000 Guineas glory after those victories but Amadeus Wolf ran like a non-stayer that day coming home seventh behind George Washington.
