The classy seven-year-old could take high order over fences next season and, presumably, this will be his final outing before a summer on grass.

Conna Castle ran much too freely when beaten 13 lengths by Straw Bear at Aintree, but even the bare form of that contest leaves him with a lot in hand against this opposition.
