Breen takes top prize at Millstreet

SHANE BREEN won the €10,000 Calor Gas Grand Prix at the Millstreet Horse Show yesterday, to close the gap on IJM TimberFrame League leader Conor Swail.

Setting the last clear in round one, Breen found himself first to go in the 10-horse jump-off.

Riding World Cruise, however, he sailed around in 44.82 seconds, a time that proved too hot for those that followed in the unseasonal rain.
