Vintage cheer as Mullins and O'Donovan enjoy classic Tipple

BY any standards a quite incredible story.Vintage Tipple’s amazing success in yesterday’s Darley Irish Oaks at the Curragh was simply stranger than fiction.

She is trained by 84-year-old Paddy Mullins, who was enjoying his first ever success in a classic.

The daughter of Entrepreneur is owned by retired Cork businessman, Pat O’Donovan, who, bravely, refused to part with the filly when a king’s ransom was dangled in front of him.
