BARGAIN buy African Sahara gave rookie trainer Debbie Mountain the third winner of her career when the colt struck at Sandown Park yesterday.

And the 16-1 chance did the business again in today’s £25,000 contest, leading a furlong out under Gary Carter and holding the powerful late thrust of York Cliff by a neck.
