Bradley appeal continues on Monday
The first day of a planned two-day hearing was held on January 14 but the second date a week later was postponed when Fiona Whitaker, one of two Jockey Club members on the Appeal Board, contracted pneumonia.
The delay was necessary as the timetable of inquiries at Portman Square and availability of the legal teams from both sides, including three QCs, meant it could not be arranged any earlier.
