Cumani set to unveil Colori

LUCA CUMANI is set to unveil another Italian import at Glorious Goodwood next week when Le Vie Dei Colori makes his British debut in the Sussex Stakes.

Winner of the Italian 2000 Guineas and the Group One Premio Vittorio di Capua last season, Le Vie Dei Colori was transferred to Newmarket at the beginning of June after disappointing in the Premio Presidente della Repubblica.

The horse did a piece of work on Tuesday and pleased his trainer and big-race jockey Darryll Holland. Cumani said: “He is fit and ready for the race. Darryll was very pleased and will ride him next Wednesday.
