It is a sad reflection on race-planning in this country that all we can muster for, literally, the entire week is this dreadful programme, which really has little or nothing to recommend it.

Anyway, sheer desperation forces one to look to the Morning Star Maiden Hunters ’Chase for a possible winning nap in the shape of Huncheon Paddy.
