Unbeaten Jewelset for Moyglare

THE unbeaten in three races, Richard Hannon trained Jewel In The Sand was yesterday confirmed a definite runner in Sunday’s Group One Moyglare Stud Stakes at the Curragh.

She promises a fascinating clash with Aidan O’Brien’s well-regarded and progressive Silk And Scarlet.

Jewel In The Sand, successful at Sandown and Royal Ascot, continued on the upgrade in the Group Two Cherry Hinton Stakes at Newmarket in July when beating Salsa Brave by a head. Michael Kinane has been booked to ride.
