STEPHEN BOURKE had a night to remember at Curraheen Park on Saturday when Count Gelignite led home a 1-2 for the Rathangan, Co Kildare kennel in the final of the Cashmans Bookmakers 575.

The Bourke trained Side Walk had earlier clinched the Cashmans Bookmakers Plate final, netting the young handler, son of Newpark Stud owner Sean Bourke, a tidy €19,000 in win and place prizemoney on the night.

The normally fast-starting Mountleader Gara missed the break in the Cashmans Bookmakers 575 final, thus throwing the race up for grabs.
