Solerina on target for Fairyhouse
The James Bowe-trained seven-year-old has landed both of her races over timber this autumn and heads into the two-and-a-half-mile contest after a recent win at Navan.
Last season Solerina defeated her stable companion and brother Florida Coast by eight lengths after making all and the pair look set to meet again this weekend.
“She’s looking a picture at the moment and is as strong as a bull these days,” said the trainer’s son Michael. “She’s in marvellous form and will run in the Hatton’s Grace with her able-bodied brother to mind her.”
Also featuring on a mouth-watering programme on Sunday is the €75,000 Sharp Minds Betfair Royal Bond Novice Hurdle, along with The Pierse Group Drinmore Chase worth €90,000.
