Guineas backers renew sponsorship

ONLINE poker website UltimateBet.com is to sponsor the 2000 and 1000 Guineas again next year.

The company backed the Newmarket Classics for the first time in May, when they were won by Haafhd and Attraction respectively.

UltimateBet.com has signed a new one-year deal for the Guineas Festival meeting in 2005 which also includes sponsorship of the Jockey Club Stakes. There is an option for 2006, too.
