Longvalley Homer is hard to oppose

LONGVALLEY HOMER, despite a poor trap 3 draw, looks the one to be on in the final of the Bank of Ireland Stakes at Curraheen Park this evening.

The Paul Hennessy trained son of Staplers Jo has a 100% record in the competition and is usually fast away. He carded the fastest time of the stake in the second round with a 28.26 run and last week in the semi-final recorded 29.32. If he can get away in his usual manner he should take the 15,000 prize at the expense of Dog Almighty and Droopys Hughes.
