Patrizio on the upgrade
The pair clashed at Clonmel earlier in the month when Patrizio beat Super Run by three and a half lengths with Just In Debt (rec. 10lbs) a further 11 lengths away in third spot.
A strict interpretation of the form would make this a formality, but it is highly unlikely to work out as simply as that.
Just In Debt was returning after a short break at Clonmel and was light in the market. He was back in action at Kilbeggan on Monday night, had plenty support in the ring and duly did the business, beating market leader, Devondale, by a length and a half.
Patrizio, who prior to Clonmel produced another gritty display to score at Wexford, is, however, on the upgrade and gets preference.
