Francis Flood's Pom Flyer is no more than a token nap choice in the opening Supporters' Club Maiden.

He is a very useful hurdler, when on song, and hopefully this will be one of his better days. The selection has been rested since running the race of his life in the Pierse Hurdle at Leopardstown in January.
