Double delight for Fahy

RICHARD FAHY has lodged appeals against two stewards’ decisions which went against him last week, but his luck changed with a vengeance as he completed a 86.5-1 double with Cash For Questions and Dene View at Doncaster yesterday.

Double delight for Fahy

Fahy is contesting decisions against the disqualification of Altay after a wide-margin success at Lingfield last Wednesday, and the Southwell stewards failing to award Inch Perfect a race on Saturday after finishing second to Mr Gisby.

Cash For Questions is now an 11-year-old but battled up the run-in for conditional Padge Whelan to get the better of Sonny Jim by three-quarters of a length and win the Festival of British Railway Modelling Exhibition Handicap Hurdle for the second time in four years.
