Kurbaan should have too many guns for rivals

KEVIN PRENDERGAST’S Kurbaan is a confident choice to land the McInerney Construction Maiden at Limerick tonight.

A tough, consistent colt, who likes to be on the pace, he appears to have too many guns for these rivals. Kurbaan has run two very solid races so far this campaign, starting with a two and a half lengths second to the smart Mingun at Leopardstown.

The selection then returned to Leopardstown, this time getting touched off in the final strides when beaten a short head by Military Option. This looks a decidedly easier test than those two particular assignments.
