Iris’s Gift back on familiar territory

IRIS’S GIFT returns to the scene of his biggest success over hurdles when he continues his chasing career at Cheltenham today.

The popular grey’s last visit to Prestbury Park ended in a memorable victory over Baracouda in the Stayers’ Hurdle at the 2004 Festival.

Now aiming to make a similar impact over fences, the Jonjo O’Neill-trained gelding bids to complete a hat-trick in the Ian Williams Owners’ Novices’ Chase.
