Fiji Bird to take flight

FIJI BIRD, impressive on her debut, can double up in heat three of the Lee-Oil A4 Stake at Youghal tonight.

The John Kiely trained runner blazed the trail when justifying favouritism in clear-cut fashion on her debut at the beginning of the month.

This represents a step up in class but there was plenty to like about Fiji Bird’s first effort and she can prove equal to the task.

The consistent Keanos Jet, a winner of two of his 17 starts and in the frame in 12 others, rates the pick of the opposition.
