Don’t Miss: The Allianz football and hurling leagues kick off this weekend. All-Ireland champions Armagh will make the trip to Pearse Stadium to take on last year's defeated finalists Galway. With the new rules in action can Galway overturn last July's result. Tipperary will make the trip to take on the Tribesmen in their opening game of the new hurling league. Watch all the action live on RTÉ and TG4.

Set the Sky Box: With all four provinces progressing to the knockout stages of the Champions and Challenge Cup the URC returns this weekend. First of the Irish up are Connacht who make the trip to Glasgow to take on last year's champions. Leinster look to continue their perfect record in the league when the take on the Stormers in the Aviva. Munster will look to put last weekends narrow defeat to Northampton behind them when they travel to take on Dragons with Ulster hoping to build on last weekends win when they welcome Zebre Parma to the Kingspan Stadium.
