After a frustrating day at the Paris 2024 Olympic Sailing regatta, there was still strong hope that Ireland’s sailors can deliver their first Olympic medal since 2016 in Rio.

Anticipation was running high that Robert Dickson and Sean Waddilove would close out an incredible run of holding second overall every day of the fleet qualifying series by taking to the podium on Thursday night.
