Ireland men are discovering the full impact of playing world hockey’s top order with just weeks to go until the Paris Olympics.

Having beaten Olympic champions Belgium twice last week on their home Antwerp patch - in between a brace of Argentina losses - Paris hopefuls Great Britain proved a far sterner test as they ran out 5-1 winners over Mark Tumilty’s side at Lee Valley.
