Irish duo Aidan Walsh and Jennifer Lehane have moved one step closer to Olympic qualification with respective victories in Bangkok on Tuesday.

Belfast native Walsh looked assured as he progressed to the Round of 16 of the Olympic World Qualifiers, with a win over Youcef Islam Yaiche in the 71kg division.
