Ní Riain strikes gold for the second time at European Championships

Róisín Ní Riain stormed to victory in her final on Wednesday evening to claim her second gold medal of the European Championships in the 100m backstroke final. 

In a stacked race that featured the Olympic champion, Limerick native Ní Riain held her own to take top spot in Madeira.
