THE local businessman and horse breeder who promoted the fight by driving around his hometown on a tractor, Chris Eubank sitting ringside on a motorbike while Tina Turner blares, the eccentric hypnotist in the other corner, it was one of the biggest nights in the history of boxing in this nation. It was Ireland.

In March 1995, Steve Collins dethroned Chris Eubank to claim the WBO World Super-middleweight title in Millstreet.
