Aoife O'Rourke has won gold at the prestigious 75th Strandja Memorial tournament in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The 26-year-old has been unbeaten since the 2022 World Championships while her Thai opponent Baison Manikon is one of the rising stars in Asian boxing and was 19 when she competed in the welterweight division at the Beijing Olympics.
