Lee aiming to grow with ever-improving Paralympic standards

Jordan Lee undertook a reactive strength index test at the Sport Ireland Institute in July. The results put him in the top three of all Irish athletes to take the test. That includes able-bodied Olympians, rugby players, and all those the Institute serves.

Jordan Lee is a numbers guy. He trains, he takes notes, and he does the computations.

In the years preparing for the Tokyo Paralympics, he jumped 9,090 metres (more than the height of Mount Everest) and lifted 821,340 kg in the gym (three times the weight of a passenger plane).
