Another Irish amateur boxing star is turning pro

The former European champion is taking "a new path".

Ray Moylette has announced that he will not be staying in the IABA's high-performance unit for the Tokyo Olympics.

The 26-year-old light welterweight, who was European champion in 2011, missed-out on qualification for Rio after losing to an Armenian opponent in the quarter-finals of the Rio qualifier tournament in Venezuela earlier this year.
