Rafael Nadal produced a stunning display to trounce fellow Spaniard Tommy Robredo in the quarter-finals of the US Open.

A day after Novak Djokovic dropped just three games in beating Marcel Granollers, Nadal was every bit as dominant in a 6-0 6-2 6-2 victory.
