Murray handed daunting French Open clash

Andy Murray was today handed a nightmare first-round match at the French Open after drawing Richard Gasquet.

The world number four – also seeded fourth – could hardly have been handed a tougher opener against the former world number seven from France.

Gasquet has plummeted down the rankings to 68th but is widely regarded as one of the most gifted players in the game.
