Tour de France resumes after rest day

The Tour de France resumes today, with the riders facing a 195km trek through the central part of the country from Limoges to Issoudun.

Italy's Rinaldo Nocentini holds the yellow jersey thanks to a six-second lead over Alberto Contador, with seven-times champion Lance Armstrong two more seconds back in third place.

Ireland's Nicolas Roche is nearly 17 minutes off the pace in 50th place.
