Djokovic claims final place

Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic advanced to his first Masters Cup final after recording a hard-fought 4-6 6-3 7-5 win over Frenchman Gilles Simon today.

World number nine Simon grabbed a tight first set with a single break, but an animated Djokovic roared back and despite also only grabbing a lone break, deservedly earned a decider.
